Your Inspector

I started in the fire service as a volunteer at the age of 18 years old. Shortly there after, I became a professional firefighter and moved up through the ranks to a captain. To be better prepared for emergencies I have constructed pre-fire plans throughout my entire career. The company name Size Up originated from going up in ranks being a fire captain. When arriving on scene my first job is to ‘size up’ the structure to determine the building construction, type, and era.  Over the last 30 years, my knowledge in building construction has grown.  This experience has helped me learn the different types of construction, electrical, plumbing, and framing trends. I do use this knowledge everyday in my fire career but I have also taken this knowledge to build and remodel several homes over the past years. I look forward to the opportunity to use these skills and years of experience to help you in your real estate transaction.
