Jason Zito

Jason provides professional home inspection services throughout the DFW Metroplex and Central Texas, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Mansfield, Midlothian, Waxahachie, Hillsboro, and Waco. With more than 30 years of experience in the fire service, building construction, and home safety, Jason brings a trusted, detail driven approach to every inspection.
Jason began his fire service career at age 18 and advanced through the ranks to Fire Captain, where he is responsible for conducting detailed pre-fire plans, evaluating building construction, layout, age, and potential hazards. In emergency response, this process is known as a “size up” and it is the same methodical approach Jason applies to every residential home inspection.
Over three decades, Jason has developed extensive knowledge of Texas home construction, including structural systems, roofing, electrical, plumbing, and framing methods found in homes across North Texas and Central Texas. In addition to his professional background, he has personally built and remodeled multiple homes, giving him firsthand insight into how homes are constructed, repaired and maintained over time.
Known for his integrity, professionalism, and clear communication, Jason works closely with home buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals to deliver thorough, unbiased home inspections. His goal is to help clients across the DFW area and Waco region move forward with confidence in their real estate transactions.

Sid is a licensed and certified home inspector serving the DFW Metroplex and North Texas, including Dallas, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Prosper, Celina, Denison, and communities along the Red River. Sid is dedicated to helping homeowners, buyers, and real estate professionals make informed decisions through thorough, reliable home inspections.
With 23 years of experience in the fire service, Sid brings strong knowledge of residential construction, building systems, and safety standards commonly found in homes throughout North Texas. He provides comprehensive property evaluations that identify potential concerns while clearly explaining inspection findings in a way clients can easily understand.
Sid is known for his attention to detail, professionalism, and customer-focused approach. By combining technical expertise with straightforward communication, he ensures every client receives an inspection report that is informative and actionable.
